Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to explain basic principles and concepts related to administrative law.
  • will be able to know the administrative organization of Turkey and the functions of administration.
  • will be able explain the basic principles and features of the procedure of administrative jurisdiction
  • will be able to explain the organization and the jurisdiction of Administrative Courts in Turkey
  • will be able to learn the types of administrative cases and will be able to use this information during his career
  • will be able to examine the decisions of administrative courts
Course Description The following subjects will be held in this course:The concepts and basic principles of administrative law; origin, development and features of administrative law; sources of administrative law; the administrative organization of Turkey; administrative acts, actions and contracts; public service; administrative police; the liability of administrative agencies; civil servants; public domain; the basic principles, features, rules of the procedure of administrative jurisdiction in Turkey; the types of administrative cases, appellate procedure.
