Course Objectives Preparation of various petitions related to law and criminal cases, writing of court decisions and some other correspondence samples and procedures are examined in this course. In addition, the follow-up request used during the execution phase and the contents of the manuscripts such as payment and execution orders, the examples of contracts used by the courts and the examination of contracts are also included in this course.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Recognize the duties of different items and institutions,
  • Comprehend file preparation and working methods and UYAP,
  • Comprehend formal correspondence procedure,
  • Solve the working principles of the Law and Criminal courts and the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office,
  • Have the knowledge and skills to explain the organizational structure of the public prosecutor's office.
Course Description In the course of Pen Regulations and Transactions, the classification of the judicial organization, the legal regulations related to pen operations of the judicial organization, norms related to the files and notebooks, the forms of correspondence and transactions made in the items, the tasks of the pen personnel are explained.
