Course Objectives Opens the doors of philosophy of law for students to upskill them in thinking about law with a wide view and presents them main fields of sociology of law.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Have a comprehensive information about how the law is
  • Have an aprehension to law as a philosophical subject-matter
  • Criticise law coherently or consistently
  • Acquire basic knowledge about sociology of law by way of introduction
Course Description Relations between science, philosophy and philosophy of law; history of philosophy of law; development of philosophy of law in great streams of thought; problemmatic philosophy of law
