Course Objectives This lesson purpose , tourism legislation with relating to basis National And international regulations learn in practice encountered problems about basis information owner to be And to the student legal view angle is to gain .
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to comprehend tourism law and its place in law.
  • Will be able to explain national laws and regulations related to the Tourism Law
  • Will be able to define international regulations related to tourism law.
  • Will be able to understand the general intersection of the fields of the Consumer Protection Law and the Tourism Law, so the students will learn where tourism institutions can seek legal remedies.
  • Will be able to learn contract types in tourism.
  • Will be able to learn specific types of contracts.
Course Description Basic Legal Concepts, Tourism Law by examining important regulation regarding the content and areas of basic law, International Tourism Law, Consumer Law and Debt Law.
