    Course Objectives The aim of this course is to give information to the students at vocational school level regarding the basic concepts and principles of constitutional law by handling the subjects such as the concept of constitution, organisation of the state, the duties, powers and functions of the state organs, the guarantees of the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms.

    Course Description The subjects such as; concept of constitution, the concept of constitutional law, elements of the states, types of states, forms of governmental systems, democracy and types of democracy, elections, fundamental rights and freedoms, foundation and functions of of Turkish Grand National Assembly, the duties and responsibilities of president and council of ministers, regulatory administrative acts of executive power holders, extraordinary governing procedures and constitutional jurisdiction will be the content of this course.
