Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to provide students with basic knowledge on the main concepts, principles and rules of the Law of Civil Procedure.

Course Description

The main concepts, principles and rules of the Law of Civil Procedure, procedural actions in the first instance, higher legal remedies and alternative dispute resolutions will be covered in this course.
