Course Description | The following subjects will be held in this course:The concepts and basic principles of administrative law; origin, development and features of administrative law; sources of administrative law; the administrative organization of Turkey; administrative acts, actions and contracts; public service; administrative police; the liability of administrative agencies; civil servants; public domain; the basic principles, features, rules of the procedure of administrative jurisdiction in Turkey; the types of administrative cases, appellate procedure. |
