    Course Objectives The object of this course is to enable students to have information on sources and basic concepts of civil law and its sub sections and law of persons which is one of the sub sections.

    11. Know the basic concepts of civil law.
    22. Recognize sub sections of civil law and make necessary interpretations.
    33. Explain basic principles of law of persons. Differentiate natural persons and legal persons.
    44. Explain the difference between legal and mental capacity. Know the limitation of persons in terms of capacity.
    Course Description The following subjects will be held in this course:The concept of civil law, law of persons concept of personality, real persons and legal persons, kinship, legal residence, associations, foundations.
