    Course Objectives This course aims to reveal the the main principles of criminal law, the general theory of crime, implementation areas of criminal law and the concepts of punishment and offenders under the contemporary legal system and in the light of hystory of Criminal Law

    1Will be able to understand and evaluate the general principles and common provisions of criminal law that are set in the first 75 articles of Turkish Penal Code,
    2Will be able to understand and evaluate the definition and elements of crime,
    3Will be able to understand and evaluate the criminal consequences of crime (e.g. punishment and means of safety precautions).
    Course Description Instructing and teaching elements and ways of emergence of crime, legal consequences and basic issues of society, law, criminal within the framework of defitional problems of crime and application area of criminal law.
