Course Objectives This course is designed to allow candidates to give detailed information about the notification that is done by the terms and framework of the scope of the Notification Code.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Evaluate key issues and principles of Notification Law in litigation.
  • Explain types of notifications and procedure of notification.
  • Explain which authorities are obliged to behave according to Notification Law and persons to be notified.
  • Discuss fees of notification by type and consequences of undue notification.
