    Course Objectives The object of this course is to provide a general approach on the basic concepts and subjects Execution Law and Bankruptcy Law.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • Evaluate institutions of bankruptcy law in the light of the provisions adopted by the law,
    • Explain how the creditor should carry out enforcement proceedings in the event that the debtor fails to pay his debt,
    • With the information given on the subject of foreclosure, the student can compare the fact that the debtor can collect the assets of the creditor by foreclosing the assets of the debtor,
    • Identify this follow-up path with the information given about the follow-up through the foreclosure specific to the bills,
    • Classify bankruptcy laws that can be used against debtor who are subject to bankruptcy and who do not pay their debts.
    Course Description Execution of court orders, enforcement without judgment, procedure and characteristics of precautionary measures, cautionary attachment, bankruptcy and its problems, action for annulment and insolvency.
