    Course Objectives The objective of this course is to inform the graduates who will work in law firms and notary about legislation on Advocacy and the Notary Public Code.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • Know the basic concepts and the rules of Advocacy Law and Notary Law
    • Comprehend the historical development of advocacy and meaning of being a lawyer/notary.
    • Know the criteria to become lawyer/notary
    • Examine the specifics of Advocacy contract
    • Explain the liability of advocacy and professional responsibility of notary
    • Understand the role of Bars and professional foundations
    Course Description Sources of the Attorney Law, qualifications of advocacy, Rights and Obligations of attorneys, Bars, Concept of Notary,Establishment of the Notary, Rights and obligations of the Notaries,Legislation about the Notary.
